The all-new Sportsman XP® 1000 S virtually eliminates the evil effects of wheel scrub, the unwanted trait of the wheels moving outward while traveling through the 12.5"/14" (F/R) of suspension travel. Anyone can talk about big suspension travel numbers, but all that movement is worthless without control. The new Sportsman XP® 1000 S is outfitted with Walker Evans® 2" shocks, complete with compression adjustment and dual coil springs for unrivaled ride and handling.

The Polaris exclusive ProSteer design features a dual pitman arm and draglink setup. This system virtually eliminates bumpsteer during suspension events, and minimizes the feedback to the handlebars.
